The plumbing company P. Hermansen performs installation projects and minor service assignments for both companies and private customers. The company consists of 28 employees and reported sales of SEK 55m in the fiscal year 2016/17. P. Hermansen is a well established and well-managed company with operations in Eastern Jutland.

The Swedish SAP department of Columbus is becoming a part of Intelligence. The acquisition comes three months after the acquisition of EINS Consulting, and represents their strategy of becoming even bigger in Sweden.
EQT acquires leading open source software provider SUSE (Press Release)
Micro Focus sells SUSE to EQT for an enterprise value of USD 2.535bn SUSE is one of the longest-running commercial Linux distributors and a major player in the open source infrastructure and management space. The company currently consists of 1400 employees and reported sales of USD 320m in 2017.

The oil companies Eni and Point Resources merges (Dagens Næringsliv)
The merger between Italian Eni and Norwegian Point Resources means that the company is becoming the fourth largest oil company on Norwegian ground with a production of around 180.000 barrels a day. In comparison, Aker BP has a production of around 140.000 barrels a day, which is valued at almost NOK 110 bn on the Oslo exchange. However, the merger between Eni and Point Resources does not reveal anything about the values of the two companies.
