Löfbergs, one of the largest family-owned coffee roasters in the Nordics, has appointed Fredrik Nilsson (46y) as new acting CEO. Nilsson, which is the CFO of Löfbergs, will take on the CEO role temporarily, while the company looks to hire a new permanent CEO. Löfbergs has grown at a sales CAGR of 1.3% and is mainly owned by Jan Mikael Löfberg (60%, 41y). Löfbergs has roasting houses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Latvia.
