About Nordic Knowledge Partners (NKP)

NKP is the leading knowledge broker in the Nordics and we are on a mission to provide top-tier professionals with frictionless secure access to the world's most valuable knowledge - wherever it resides. Corporations, consultancies and investment firms based in and outside of the Nordics rely on Nordic Knowledge Partners' sector- and market-agnostic ability to connect them with subject-matter experts at short notice.

We are a new breed of knowledge partner with extremely high ambitions. We are planning to become the leading global brand in supporting clients with access to unique expertise and insights world-wide. This entails an explosive growth, including rapid expansion to new geographies as we establish ourselves globally. Crucial to this is getting the right talent involved.

NKP is organized after the classic management consulting model, where we believe in mentoring and providing opportunities for employees to grow and take on responsibility, as soon as they are ready for it. There are no artificial barriers to growth and we are looking for applicants who are talented, eager to learn, and able to develop.

The opportunity

As NKP continues its growth, we are looking for an IT-minded analyst who is excited about being part of this journey. This is an opportunity to help shape the IT-infrastructure of a young company and understand at a very detailed level what processes and technology is needed to sustain a growing highly international network-driven business model. In addition, you will get a good understanding of management consulting and investment companies.

In close collaboration with the Head of Operations, you will help develop and maintain the IT-systems and infrastructure needed to secure commercial success as well as short and long-term scalability. We are a small company and the solutions you create will be directly implemented and utilized by the team. Simple, scalable and user-friendly are central keywords in your work.

The day-to-day role of the analyst includes:

  • Writing and debugging code, mainly in VBA
  • The go-to person for IT related issue, including setting up new employee work-stations taking into consideration security and usability aspects

  • Create new database solution (to capture the many advisor profiles we onboard on a daily basis a.o.)
  • Thinking IT security, compliance etc. into all aspects of our IT
