Industrial group Ahlsell has divested their subsidiary Ahlsell Maskin AB to Mekana AB. Ahlsell Maskin is an engineering-industry distributor of machine tools, heavy production equipment, and machine services. The company has a turnover of SEK 91m and EBITDA of SEK 2.8m. The deal value is not disclosed.
