AQS’ majority owner acquires minority owners’ shares

Fanøyskjæret, the majority owner of AQS, a Norwegian-based maritime service company, has acquired the shares of two minority owners. AQS was based on a merger between KB Dykk and AQS last summer. Fanøyskjæret now owns 77 pct of the company and NTS, the remaining shareholder, owns 23 pct. AQS reported a turnover of NOK 169m and EBITDA of NOK 32.7m in 2017. The deal value is undisclosed.
