Biometric technology company Zwipe is looking to IPO in Oslo

Zwipe has announced its plan to raise up to NOK 120m through an IPO on Oslo Bors. Zwipe develops payment solutions where fingerprints replace the PIN. The company's chairman is former Fingerprint CEO Jörgen Lantto. In 2017, the company had sales of NOK 1m with EBIT of NOK -51m. The valuation of the company is reported to be NOK 305m.
