Cxense divests 70% of marketing technology subsidiary Maxifier

Cxense has divested 70 pct of its subsidiary Maxifier for USD 175,000 to Bmax AS. Maxifier enables businesses to optimize the performance of advertising campaigns running on their websites, mobile sites, and mobile apps. The transaction was based on an EV of USD 250,000. Maxifier’s Pro forma P&L as of October 2018, published by Cxense, reported a turnover of USD 825,000 and EBITDA of USD 200,000, corresponding to an EV/EBITDA multiple of 1.25x.
