According to JP Finans, the owner family of European Sperm Bank has hired Deloitte Corporate Finance (again) to assist on a sale of the company, which is rumored to be valued around DKK 500m. In 2017, the company reported a gross profit of DKK 64.7m with EBITDA of DKK 44m corresponding to an expected EV / EBITDA multiple of 11x.
