DSD to divest Norwegian shipping company Norled for NOK 4.6bn

Det Stavangerske Dampskibsselskab (DSD) has divested the ferry and fast boat provider Nordled to the Nordic infrastructure fund CapMan Infra and Canadian CBRE Caledon Capital Management. In 2017, Norled reported sales of NOK 2.1bn and EBITDA of NOK 333m, corresponding to an EV/EBITDA multiple of 13.8x.
