EG7 explores acquisition opportunities

EG7, a group that develops, markets, locates and distributes PC, console and mobile games, has announced its intention to carry out a new rights issue. In the last issue round in April, the company raised SEK 119m and acquired the Canadian game developer Big Blue Bubble for up to SEK 506m in August. EQ7 now states that the firm eyes further opportunities for market consolidation and is actively exploring M&A opportunities. Robin Flodin is company CEO.
