Egetaepper to be delisted by private family fund

Egetaeppper A/S is soon to be delisted from Nasdaq Copenhagen. This is a reality after the carpet company's major shareholder, the commercial foundation Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond, has purchased another 19% of the shares from Small Cap Denmark. In total, the fund will own 86.8% of the shares with a total voting weight of 93.8%. A takeover bid for the remaining shares is pending.
