German energy supply company EnBW has acquired two companies operating a total of seven wind farms with an installed capacity of 105 megawatts in Sweden. EnBW acquires Power Wind Partners AB (PWP), which was equally owned by Proventus, FAM and Folksam. PWP reported sales of SEK 105m in 2017. The other smaller company acquired is Gnosjö Energi AB, which was owned by Folksam.
