Fertin Pharma, an independent developer and manufacturer of medicated chewing gum has acquired Canada-based Tab Labs and Denmark-based MedCan Pharma. Tab Labs specializes in compressed gum and MedCan Pharma is a research organisation focusing on products containing cannabinoids. No financials or deal values have been disclosed.
