Maersk Drilling to postpone M&A activities due to poor performance

According to Finans, has Maersk Drilling postponed its planned M&A activities due to poor stock market performance since its IPO. It was planned, and expected by analysts, that Maersk Drilling would acquire some larger competitor after the completed IPO. Maersk Drilling is currently trading at a forward EV/EBITDA multiple of 7.8x - third lowest multiple of its competitors.
