Management bids DKK 666m to acquire Arkil Holding

The management of Arkil Holding has, through J2A Holding, bid DKK 666m to acquire all secondary shares in Arkil Holding, a Danish-based construction firm. The secondary shares correspond to 54.5 pct. of the firm. The shares of Arkil is considered very illiquid and the current listing of shares has no importance to the management. Arkil reported a turnover of DKK 3.3bn and EBITDA of DKK 335m in 2018, corresponding to an EV/EBITDA multiple of 3.8x.
