Nasdaq withdraws its offer for Oslo Bors

Nasdaq has withdrawn its offer to acquire Oslo Bors after five months of bidding against Euronext. Current majority owners, DNB and KLP was keen to sell to Nasdaq, but not Euronext. Now Euronext will face negotiations with DNB and KLP in order to acquire the stock exchange. The deal is valued at NOK 6.8bn at an EV/EBITDA of 13.3x.
