Bravida Denmark acquires P. Hermansen A/S (Cision)            

Bravida Denmark has signed an agreement to acquire P. Hermansen A/S, a heating, ventilation and sanitation company active in Skanderborg, eastern Jutland. Hermansen is the leading company in its regional market, both within service and installation. The company employs 38 people. Last financial year P. Hermansen had a turnover of DKK 55m.

Addtech Group is expanding with three new acquisitions (Evertiq)

Three different business areas within the Addtech Group have recently acquired a company each. Addtech Power Solutions has acquired all shares in Power Technic ApS, a supplier of power supplies primarily to customers in the Danish market. Sales amounted to approximately SEK 35m in 2017. The other two companies acquired are Swedish Diamond Point International Ltd and TLS Energimätning AB and respectively have sales of SEK 41.4m and SEK 50m.

Vicore Pharma and HealthCap acquires INIM Pharma (Cision) 

 Vicore Pharma Holding AB has entered into an agreement to acquire INIM Pharma AB, a Swedish biopharmaceutical company developing a new local treatment for severe rare lung diseases such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Payment for the acquisition is effectuated through an issue in kind, corresponding to a dilution of 35.8 percent. The Board of Directors of Vicore has decided to propose a rights issue of approximately SEK 80 million.

Sdiptech acquires Rogaland Industri Automasjon AS (Press Release)

Sdiptech has acquired all shares in Rogaland Industri Automation AS, including 51 percent of the shares in the subsidiary Agder Industri-Automasjon AS (together "RIA"). RIA's operations consist of the development and installation of customized control and regulating systems for water and sewage plants. The company generates annual net revenue of approximately NOK 40m and an operating profit of approximately NOK 7m. 

Dustin expands to the Netherlands – acquires IT-service provider (Realtid)

Dustin, one of the leading resellers of IT products and additional services in the Nordics, acquires Dutch Vincere Groep, a leading player specialized in managed services with a focus on cloud and security, along with IT-solutions with associated value-added hardware and consultancy services. Vincere Groep had revenues of EUR 67.1m in and EBITDA of EUR 5.6m in 2017. The purchase price amounts to EUR 65m.

Axel Johnson's portfolio company Nomo  Acquires Rotek AS (MyNewsDesk)

The Nomo Group, a portfolio company of PE-firm Axel Johnson International’s Industrial Solutions business group, has entered the  Norwegian market for bearings and mechanical power transmission products through the acquisition of Rotek AS. Rotek supplies bearings, power transmission, seals and related services, combined with strong technical knowledge. The company has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 2.4m.

Alma Talent sells Dagens Media to Bonnier (Cision)

Alma Talent Ab, a part of Alma Media, and Bonnier Business Media (BBM) have agreed upon a share transaction where Alma Talent sells shares of Dagens Media Sverige Ab to BBM. Bonnier takes over media brands Dagens Media and Medievärlden, their mediabusiness including events and the editorial personnel. The revenue of the business operations to be transferred was      approximately EUR 1.6m in 2017. The parties have agreed not to publish the price of the transaction.
