PFA and Topdanmark acquires Hotel in Carlsbergbyen (Borsen)
The Danish pension fund PFA and insurance company Topdanmark have together acquired a four-star hotel in Carlsbergbyen, Copenhagen. According to a press release, the purchase price is a three-digit million DKK figure, and both PFA and Topdanmark are already a part of Carlsberg Byen P/S. Besides the 10.455 square meter hotel, there will also be a restaurant, retailer, wellness and cafés.
Viking Life-Saving Equipment acquires Norsafe (JV)
The Danish manufacturer of marine safety equipment Viking Life-Saving Equipment has acquired its Norwegian competitor Norsafe. Currently, Viking has approx. 2000 employees, and following the acquisition of Norsafe, this will increase to 2800 employees. Norsafe has an annual turnover of approx. DKK 600m. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Ericsson acquires the American company CENX (Press Release)
Ericsson acquires 100 percent of the shares in CENX, a US-based service assurance technology company with approx. 185 employees. Since 2012, Ericsson has held a minority stake in CENX. CENX’s cloud-native service assurance and automation capability strengthens Ericsson's position as a leading player in the OSS and Managed Services markets.
GK Rör acquires Täby Rör, Rörcompaniet and US Rörteknik (mynewsdesk)
GK Rör AB has acquired ESSING Group, which is the owner of the three companies AB Täby Rör, Rörcompaniet AB and US Rörteknik AB. Following the acquisition, GK Rör will be one of the leading players in the plumbing market in Stockholm. CEO of GK Rör AB states that the acquisition of these companies will strengthen their offer of technical solutions within construction and service industry and will help them get closer to their goal of becoming the first choice in the market.

The Aallon Group is planning a listing (Arvopaperi)
The accounting group employs about 200 people in 10 location and reports an annual turnover of about EUR 13.5m. The group is now exploring the possibility for a listing on the First North Exchange during 2019. The group consists of the account offices; Aallon Tilitoimisto Oy (Helsinki), Dextili Oy (Jyväskylä), Talouskolmio Oy (Espoo), Tampereen Kirjanpitotoimisto Oy (Tampere) and Tilitoimisto Reijo Lehtimäki Oy (Turku).
