Forecast raises DKK 18m from two Danish venture funds (Borsen)

Danish venture funds Seed Capital and Sunstone Capital invests DKK 18m in the two years old Danish IT Start-up, Forecast. The company has in two years grown from 5 to 22 employees and have received a total of DKK 27.5m in risk willing capital. The company currently has over 200 companies on the customer list according to CEO, Dennis Kayser.

Care-tech company Camanio Care AB acquires VITAL Integration (Cision)

Swedish Camanio Care broadens its offering of healthcare and welfare services by acquiring the IoT specialist company VITAL Integration. VITAL Integration is an IoT company in welfare technology, focusing on service platforms, service packages and infrastructure for data transfer in health care and welfare. VITAL Integration had a turnover of SEK 1.8m in 2016 and is expected to contribute positively to Camanio Care's operating profit by 2019.

Capio acquires the Swedish healthcare group Legevisitten (Cision)

Capio has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Legevisitten with specialist care operations, mainly focusing on healthcare for the elderly, and primary care activities. In 2017, the group’s net sales were SEK 613m, of which 90% was related to free healthcare choice and 10% to tendered contracts. The enterprise value of Legevisitten is SEK 365m and the acquisition is expected to be closed and included in Capio from September 1, 2018.

ADONnews completes acquisition of Evendo International A/S (Aktietorget)

ADONnews Sweden AB has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Danish Evendo International A/S for a purchase price of SEK 90m. The transaction was funded by a share issue in ADONnews to the sellers of Evendo. Evendo has a platform aimed at an attractive but not yet digitized market, company-oriented events. The global market is currently estimated to be EUR 800bn annually.

Kistefos AS acquires a ten percent stake in Instabank for NOK 48.5m (E24)

Instabank ASA and Kistefos AS have signed an investment agreement which entails that Kistefos accounts for 10 percent in Instabank through a private placement. Kistefos and owner Christen Sveaas simultaneously ensure an option to increase the ownership by another 12.5 percent by December 1, 2018.

Rejlers acquires within Energy in Finland (Press Release)

Swedish Engineering service company Rejlers has acquired Antti Pitkänen Oy and Enease Oy. The two acquisitions strengthen Rejlers’ competences in power grid planning as well as energy measurement services. Enease Oy provides software and consultancy services for managing energy measurement data, imbalance settlements and information exchange. Rejlers already operates in power grid planning in Sweden and Norway, making the acquisition in Finland a natural complement. The two acquisitions have revenues of EUR 620,000 altogether.
