Royal Unibrew acquires Etablissements Geyer Fréres (Euroinvestor)

Royal Unibrew has completed the acquisition of the French company Etablissements Geyer Fréres, which owns the brands Lorina, Purethé, and Infreshhh. The purchase price is DKK 660m which will be financed through a bank loan. Following the acquisition, Royal Unibrew estimates a total turnover between DKK 6900-7100m in this fiscal year.  Etablissements Geyer Fréres has approx. 100 FTEs and reported sales of DKK 290m last year.

EQT Ventures invests in Bimobject (Affärsvärlden)

The board of Bimobject has decided to complete an equity issuance of SEK 240m to EQT Ventures. The issue corresponds to 15 percent of the total share capital prior to the issue. Following the issuance, EQT Ventures will own approx. 14 percent of Bimobjekt. The capital injection will be used to accelerate the growth of users, the number of downloads and customers on their digital platforms. 

Cinven acquires Envirotainer (Realtid)

The venture capital firm Cinven acquires Envirotainer, a leading global supplier of temperature-controlled freight containers. Envirotainer has about 600 customers worldwide, and approx. 300 employees working from Stockholm, Dallas and Singapore. The financial terms of the transaction were not announced in the press release.

ÅF acquires LBP (Realtid)

With the acquisition of LBP, ÅF wants to strengthen their presence in Switzerland and consolidate their offerings in infrastructure. LBP specializes in electrical engineering for traffic solutions focusing on roads and tunnels. LBP has 17 employees based in Switzerland and reported a turnover of approx. SEK 24m in 2017.

Bittium invests in Swiss Medical Remote Diagnostic Services (Cision)

Bittium expands its technology offering by investing in the Swiss company Evismo AG. Following the investment, Bittium's owns approx. 17.4 percent of Evismo and because of terms, following March 31, 2019, Bittium's holding of Evismo will be 25 percent.
