Nobia acquires Bribus (Dagens Industri)

Nobia acquires Bribus, a Dutch kitchen supplier for 60M EUR in cash. Nobia is known for a wide range of kitchen brands across Europe such as Magnet, HTH, Norema, Sigdal and more. Bribus had a revenue of 65M EUR last year and has around 270 employees. The acquisition is a first step in expanding to close and attractive markets, that Nobia is currently not operating in.

ASSA ABLOY acquires Planet GDZ (News Cision)

ASSA ABLOY has agreed to acquire Planet GDZ, a Swiss supplier of door drop down seals and finger protection covers. Planet GDZ is located in Zurich, Switzerland and has some 55 employees with a revenue of around 160M SEK. 

Capio rejects the public cash offer from Ramsey Genérale de Santé (Realtid)

The board of directors of Capio, a European healthcare provider within medical, surgical and psychiatric services has rejected an all-cash offer from Ramsey GDS on 48.5 SEK per share, which represents a premium of 16 percent. The board believes that a strategy involving acquisitions across the Nordics will deliver more shareholder value and as recent as Wednesday they acquired Legevisitten.

Fyndiq considering a sale and hires ABG Sundal Collier (Dagens Industri)

Fyndiq has hired ABG Sundal Collier as an advisor on a sales process. The process is expected to begin after the summer and Fyndiq is valued around 400-500M SEK, according to a source. The company showed a revenue of 328M SEK in 2017 with an EBITDA of 15,6M SEK. The current owners count Industrifonden, Northzone, H&M CEO Karl Johan-Persson, and the Bonnier family.

Arjo acquires ReNu Medical (News Cision)

Arjo, a Swedish supplier of medical products has agreed to acquire ReNu Medical, an American firm specialized in environmentally friendly reusable medical equipment. ReNu has around 85 employees and operates exclusively in the US market at the moment. The acquisition is expected to increase profitability within the DVT-segment of Arjo.

AQS AS merges with KB Dykk AS (Intrafish)

The merger of AQS AS and KB Dykk AS has now been completed. The new company AQS AS has a fleet of 23 vessels, 65 divers and a total of 165 employees. The two companies had a combined revenue of 272M NOK in 2017. The merger was first proposed in mid April.
