Telia acquires the Norwegian operations of TDC (Finans)

TDC is selling its entire Norwegian business to Telia for DKK 16.5bn (NOK 21bn). This deal includes its broadcasting company Get and TDC Norge, which in total consists of 900 employees and approx. 1 million customers. In 2014, TDC acquired Get for DKK 13.8m, and today their Norwegian businesses account for 16 percent of their total revenue. According to Finans and TDC, TDC profits DKK 5bn on the sale.

Hedin Bil buys Ivars Bil's operations in Östersund (Realtid)

IA Hedin Bil AB has through its subsidiary Bavaria Sverige Bil AB, signed an agreement to purchase the operations of Ivars Bil's operations in Östersund. Following the acquisition, IA Hedin Bil will have 100 facilities in Sweden, Norway, and Belgium, with 9 of them operated by the subsidiary Bavaria Bil Sverige. The business they are acquiring has approx. a turnover of SEK 105m a year, selling approx. 350 cars per year.

TeleComputing acquires 99x (Press Release)

99X uses a similar technology platform as TeleComputing, and have more public customers. CEO of TeleComputing says that 99X is an attractive business, with good growth and a strong customer portfolio, which fits well with TeleComputing. Following the acquisition, they become a market leader in hybrid IT operations for medium-sized businesses. 99X reported sales of NOK 175m in 2017 and have 138 employees.  

Orange acquires Basefarm Holding (Realtid)

The acquisition will strengthen their position in the cloud services area, and make them leading in cloud services for the corporate market in Europe. Orange Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Basefarm through its subsidiary Orange Business Services, in a deal that corresponds to an enterprise value of Basefarm at EUR 350m.
