App developer Nodes acquires sitecore company Implicit (Press Release)

Nodes acquires their Danish competitor, Implicit, for an unknown "double-digit" amount. Implicit is a leading Sitecore company in Denmark with clients including Danske Bank and Rambøll. Implicit has 20 employees and was founded three years ago. Nodes which was acquired itself in 2017 now expects a revenue of DKK 100m in 2018.

Seluxit prepares IPO on First North Copenhagen (Press Release)

The Danish IoT company Seluxit is preparing an IPO on First North Copenhagen. Seluxit expects to raise DKK 22m to 26m. The founders will keep the majority of the company. The company does not have external investors and is going public to broaden its ownership as clients have had concerns with the slim ownership structure. Seluxit has, since inception day, reported recurring positive revenue and profit growth.

Kinnevik is leading investor in TravelPerk USD 44m capital raise (Press Release)

Kinnevik, Yuri Milner and Tom Stafford have invested USD 44m in Travel-SaaS company TravelPerk in Spain. TravelPerk is the fastest growing SaaS company in Europe. Stake size isn’t announced. The capital raise will be used to expand into new markets and further growth.

Bublar acquires Vobling for SEK 50m (Press Release)

Mobile gaming company Bublar has acquired the Swedish AR/VR company Vobling for SEK 49.8m. Vobling has 25 FTEs and expects SEK 24m in revenue in current financial year. The payment is made with issuing 6.5 million new shares and a SEK 6.9m cash payment. With the acquisition Bublar becomes the leading, listed Nordic AR/VR company.

AF Gruppen acquires 70 pct of HMB Holding for SEK 420m (Press Release)

AF Gruppen have successfully acquired 70 % of the shares in the Swedish company HMB for SEK 420m. HMB is involved with commercial and residential construction in most of Sweden. HMB had annual sales of SEK 1.3bn in 2017. AF Gruppen had ambitions of growing in Sweden and the acquisition of HMB is their first step to fulfill this.

Acando acquires Inventas (Press Release)

IT consultancy company Acando acquires all shares in the design and product development company Inventas. Inventas was founded in 1997, has more than 60 employees and six local offices across Norway. It is Acando’s third acquisition in the Norwegian market.

TESS acquires 70 pct of Smøreteknikk AS (Press Release)

TESS acquires 70 % of the shares in Smøreteknikk AS. The previous owners keep the remaining shares. Smøreteknikk provides services for contractors and construction companies in Østlandet. TESS strengthens its position locally and extends its service options with the acquisition. The price remains undisclosed.
