Esbjerg based TS Tech A/S acquires Hanstholm Elektronik A/S (JV)

Electrical installation company TS Tech A/S acquires 100% of Hanstholm Elektronik A/S and strengthens its customer base within the maritime and offshore industry. With the acquisition, TS Tech doubles its employee count to reach 80 in total. In 2017, Hanstholm Elektronik A/S reported a gross profit of DKK 27m with an EBIT of DKK 2.8m. The purchase price is undisclosed.

Skincity acquires British online skin care retailer Effortless Skin (Ehandel)

Scandinavian online skincare brand Skincity has acquired the majority of shares in the competitor, Effortless Skin, one of the UK’s leading online cosmeceutical skin care retailers. The acquisition is the first of its kind by the Axel Johnson backed Swedish skincare firm. The acquired British company, operating from Manchester, had sales of approximately SEK 34m during the fiscal year 2017/18. In 2017, Skincity reported a turnover of SEK 280m.

Accent Equity divests S:t Eriks Group to Volati (Realtid)

Accent Equity and minority shareholders have agreed to divest S:t Eriks Group AB to the Swedish industrial group Volati AB. S:t Eriks Group is a leading provider of prefabricated concrete and natural stone products for the Swedish Infra & Landscaping market and the Building Exterior market. S:t Eriks has 413 employees and reported net sales of SEK 1,038m and EBITDA of SEK 91m for 2017. The purchasing price is undisclosed.

Bellman Group completes acquisition of VSM Entreprenad AB (Cision)

Swedish Bellman Group completes the acquisition of the machine contracting company VSM Entreprenad AB. The final purchase price for the acquisition amounts to SEK 380,000,000 on a debt-free basis. The cash payment of SEK 239m has been paid in its entirety as of yesterday and the Company has also completed a new issue of shares valued at SEK 100 million directed to the former owners of VSM, which after the new issue gives them an ownership in Bellman Group of 33% in total. VSM will continue to operate as a separate business following the acquisition.

Telecomputing AS continues expansion - acquires Lanteam (Press Release)

IK Investment Partners portfolio company, Telecomputing completes its fifth acquisition within a short period of time in a highly consolidating market. Swedish LanTeam delivers products, services and expertise on IT infrastructure for public and private businesses. LanTeam has 42 employees and reported a turnover of SEK 280m in 2017. With the acquisitions of LanTeam, Keystep, 99X in addition to iBiz and Digisys announced earlier this year, TeleComputing’s turnover will reach more than NOK 2.3bn
