AP Pension doubles business with purchase of Skandia Denmark (Realtid)

Danish pension fund PFA has made its largest-ever single real estate investment, acquiring more than EUR 1bn of German assets from Industria Wohnen. The  EUR 80bn institutional investor has acquired the property portfolio from Industria Wohnen’s first institutional Spezialfonds, launched in 2010. Michael Bruhn, head of real estate at PFA, said: “We recently announced our intention to significantly increase the proportion of real estate in our portfolio by 2022. Danish PFA acquires German portfolio for over EUR 1bn (Borsen)Danish commercial pension fund AP Pension has agreed to buy Skandia’s Danish business in a deal that will increase its customer base by a third and almost double the annual contributions it takes in. For its part, Skandia said the sale would allow it to focus on its Swedish business. Skandia Danmark manages DKK 32 billion and has 93,000 pension and health insurance customers. AP Pension is a Danish pension company with DKK 100bn under management and 334.000 customers.

Acando acquires Alterview Net Solution (Cision)

Acando strengthens its existing NetSuite business with the market's most experienced NetSuite company, Alterview Net Solution. Alterview has more than 10 years of experience with NetSuite and together with Acando's business, Sweden's largest and most experienced NetSuite organization is created. The new merged business will be more than 30 employees from the takeover on September 1. 

THQ Nordic acquires Timesplitters (Cision)

THQ Nordic today announced the acquisition of the video game trilogy Timesplitters. Timesplitters was largely considered as one of the most influential console games of the early 2000’s. The three game series earned a large and passionate fan base. In addition to Timesplitters, the IP and the rights to science fiction action-adventure game Second Sight were acquired. Both acquisitions were made through THQ Nordic’s fully owned subsidiary Koch Media GmbH. THQ Nordic acquires, develops and publishes PC and console games for the global games market.

NRC Group ASA acquires NSS Holding AS (Hegnar)

NRC Group ASA has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of NSS Holding AS, the sole shareholder of Norsk Saneringsservice AS, the owner of 70% of the issued and outstanding shares in Miljøvakta AS, for an enterprise value of NOK 103m on a cash and debt free basis. The enterprise value is based on a consolidated estimated average EBIT for 2018 and 2019 of NOK 20 million. The seller has guaranteed an average EBIT of 2018 and 2019 of NOK 20m.

Triton completes sale of Mehiläinen (Press Release)

Triton and KKR have successfully completed the sale of Mehiläinen, a leading provider of private healthcare and social services in Finland, to CVC Capital Partners. The parties have agreed not to disclose any terms of the transaction. Mehiläinen has acquired and integrated more than 50 providers under Triton and KKR’s ownership, resulting in an extensive national service network with over 360 units and 14,000 professionals in health care and social care, making Mehiläinen one of the biggest domestic employers in Finland. 

Datacenter acquires Tamico and IT Infran  (Talouselama)

Datacenter, the largest information and communication center for small and medium-sized companies in Finland has acquired two companies from Pirkanmaa, Tamico and IT Infran in Finland. Tamico'sturnover last year was EUR 3.4m and IT Infran 3.7m. More than 50 experts are transferred to Datacenter, which increases the number of employees to more than 70 people.
