Several shareholders propose to reconsider the initially rejected take-over offer from Danish pension funds. According to Borsen, unclear market outlook is the main matter of concern from investors regarding the acquisition of MTG.

Danish logistics company DSV looking to continue acquisition agenda in 2018 (Borsen)
After the acquisition of UTi Worldwide in 2016 and a record DKK 74.9b turnover in latest fiscal year, DSV is looking for new potential foreign investments. “DSV has recently been very successful in the US market and are now looking for further expansion in foreign markets” says DSV group CEO, Jens Bjorn Andersen.
Kitchen company Designa Køkken acquired by private investors (Borsen)
Three investors including former Axcel Partner Per Christensen acquires the bankrupt kitchen company Designa Køkken for an unknown amount. Designa Køkken is one of the largest Danish kitchen companies with a total revenue of DKK 250m.
Nordic Capital and Sampo Group places offer on Swedish bank Nordax (Realtid)
Nordic Capital acquired a ten per cent stake in Nordax in October and has since built its position up to 22.4 percent. Alongside Sampo, which holds a 7.64 percent stake, it is now offering SEK 60 apiece for all outstanding shares in a deal that values the company at SEK 6.66b.
