Pilgrim announces former CEO of Hummel as a new Board Member (Borsen)

The Danish jewelry company, Pilgrim, has announced Søren Schriver as a new Board Member following a problematic year with DKK 7m in losses. Pilgrim, which was close to bankruptcy in 2015, plans for a international expansion and aims for DKK 500m in revenue within 5-7 years. In 2016, Pilgrim reported sales of DKK 143m.

Nordic Capital invests heavily in European dental clinics (Realtid)

Monday, Nordic Capital announced an establishment of a European dental clinic group. The announcement is made following Nordic Capital's recent acquisitions of three dental care clinics in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. Nordic Capital has acquired Top Mondzork and Dental Clinics in the Netherlands, Adent Cliniques in Switzerland, and DPH Dental Partner Holding GmbH in Germany.

Telia is looking for acquisitions in Norway (E24)

Telia wants to continue growing in Norway after investing billions in its Norwegian operations, Telia CEO, Johan Dennelind, says. In order to keep providing the best mobile network in Norway, partnerships or acquisitions are needed, he adds.

Ståle Kyllingstad plans an acquisition aid in the Oil and Services industry (Dagens Næringsliv)

Following the sale of IKM Subsea & Technology to Hunter Group, Oil Service Entrepreneur, Ståle Kyllingstas are together with Hunter Group looking for acquisition opportunities within the industry of Oil and Services. The goal is to build a group with three business areas within the Oil and Service industry, with each area having a turnover of NOK 1bn within three to five years.
