Universal Robots passes DKK 1bn in Revenue (Borsen)
Danish-based robotics company, Universal Robots, has reported sales of DKK 1.1bn in 2017, which is a 72 percent growth compared to 2016. CEO Jürgen von Hollen has a very positive view of the future and he estimates Universal Robots to reach sales of DKK 6bn (USD 1bn) within the next 5 years.
Rambøll is looking for acquisitions in the US, Germany, and Scandinavia (Borsen)
Danish-based Rambøll wants to become a large global player and CEO Jens-Peter Saul tells they are ready for acquisitions if the right opportunity arises. They are actively looking for target companies in the US, Germany, and Scandinavia, which can be up to the same size as Environ, which they bought in 2014.

ICA Gruppen to complete its acquisition of UAB Palink (Dagens Industri)
The last approval process has begun for ICAs acquisition of UAB Palink operating the Lithuanian grocery retail chain IKI. The current approval process was set as a requirement for approval of the deal by the Lithuanian Competition Authority where buyers have to be evaluated by a designated trustee and approved by the competition authority.

IKM Gruppens acquisition of Hunter Group has been canceled (Sysla)
The deal in which IKM Gruppen, operated by Ståle Kyllingstad, would acquire Hunter Group has been canceled by the Hunter Group investor Apollo Assets Ltd, controlled by Arne Fredly, has announced to not support the transaction. This is despite the transaction was in the management's interest.
Auction of the fabrics to Norske Skog goes into the completion phase (Dagens Næringsliv)
The fabrics to Norske Skog has been on auction since last year, following Norske Skogindustrier ASA's long attempt to restructure their significant debt. There has been between 5-10 bidders and the auction process will most probably end at the end of March, CEO Lars Sperre told Dagens Næringsliv.
Riserquip has entered into an agreement to purchase Karsten Moholt AS (Dagens Næringsliv)
Riserquip Holding has entered into an agreement to purchase the oil service company Karsten Moholt, it appears from a message sent to the Competition Authority. In 2016 Karsten Moholt reported revenue of NOK 238m and EBIT on NOK 1m.
