Danish vaccination company acquires competitor and looks for IPO or PE fund takeover (Berlingske)

Denmark's largest vaccine provider, Danske Lægers Vaccinations Service, recently acquired London Travel Clinic. The Danish company is now looking for an IPO or to sell off shares to a PE fund according to Berlingske Business. With the acquisition of the rival, the Danish medico company becomes the largest provider of vaccinations in England.

Momentum Group acquires Reklamproffsen in Örebro (Realtid)

Momentum Group AB has acquired 70% of the shares in Reklamproffsen Skandinavien AB. Reklamproffsen is a leading reseller of promotional products, including workwear and profile clothing, in Örebro and the surrounding area. Reklamproffsen generates annual revenue of approximately SEK 35m.

Sulland Gruppen looking for new acquisitions on Norwegian car market (HA)

One of Norway's largest privately owned companies in the automotive industry, Sulland Gruppen is looking for new acquisitions. The car group which consists of joint-stock dealerships, repair shops and car management services had a total turnover of NOK 4.8b in 2017, an increase of 70 percent from a revenue of NOK 2.9b in 2014.

Statoil officially takes over operatorships and equity in two oil fields (Metalsupply NO)

Statoil and Total have completed their previously announced transaction whereby Statoil acquired Total’s equity stakes in, and taken over the operatorships, of the Martin Linge field and the Garantiana field on the Norwegian continental shelf. The transaction is valued at NOK 12b and 121 employees from Total have been transferred over to Statoil in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement.
