Rawbite's profits tumble after being acquired by Bahlsen Group (Borsen)

Rawbite was acquired by German cake-producer Bahlsen Group in late 2016, but are now seeing profits tumble to 7M DKK in 2017, compared to 10M in 2016. Before the acquisition, the goal was to bet on China and the US - but now the company has refocused.

Nordic Capital drops out of Sanofi EU generics unit auction (Financial Times)

According to the Financial Times, Nordic Capital has dropped out of the auction to buy Sanofi generics unit auction. Nordic Capital was looking to team up with US peer Blackstone for the potential acquisition of the unit, for up to €2bn, but according to sources "the price was too high". Other bidders that are still in the process include Advent International, BC Partners, and Carlyle Group, as well as at least one pharma company.

Input Interiör acquires European Furniture Group from Herkules Capital (myNewsDesk)

Input Interiör acquires European Furniture Group and will now be establishing themselves in the Norwegian and Danish market. European Furniture Group's revenue in 2016 was approximately 1B SEK. The seller, Herkules Capital Private Equity Fund II acquired European Furniture Group in 2007.
