Starwood Capital bids SEK 8.7bn for Victoria Park (Dagens Industri)

Starwood Capital Group has offered to buy the Swedish property firm Victoria Park for SEK 8.7bn. The cash offer to shareholders in Victoria Park values the company at SEK 8.7bn, and the company's shares closed at SEK 31.70 before Easter, valuing the company at about SEK 7.7bn.

Restamax expands to Denmark (Talouselama)

The restaurant company Restamax has purchased the Cock's & Cows hamburger chain and The Bird bar chain. The chains include a total of 11 restaurants and bars in Copenhagen.
