CIP raises DKK 26bn fund (Borsen)
Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners has raised the largest fund in Danish history, as their third fund has raised DKK 26bn. Now, CIP has assets worth DKK 50bn under management, which results in CIP being among the ten largest investors in energy infrastructure according to Preqin.
Bestseller is about to acquire TOAST (Finans)
Anders Holch Povlsen, owner of Bestseller, announced that Bestseller is about to acquire the unique UK lifestyle brand TOAST. The current owners of TOAST are French Connection, which owns 75 percent and the founders of the company, who owns the remaining part. According to a press release, Bestseller has offered approx. DKK 200m for the company, which last year reported sales of approx. DKK 163m.

Cognosec acquires Advantio (Realtid)
The cybersecurity and advisory company Cognosec acquires the Irish cybersecurity company Advantio. Cognosec buys 100 percent of the shares paying EUR 12m. According to a press release, the acquisition of Advantio will strengthen Cognosec's competitive advantages, in particular, governance, risk, and compliance.
Vitec acquires PP7 Affärssystem (Realtid)
Vitec Software Group has on April 9 agreed to acquire all shares in the Swedish company PP7 Affärssystem. PP7 develops software for the construction and installation market in Sweden, and the company reported sales of approx. SEK 8m in 2017.

MSK Group acquires Matec (Maaseudun Tulevaisuus)
The Finnish industrial conglomerate MSK Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares of the German cabin manufacturer Matec. With the acquisition, MSK Group takes a step towards its goal of being a leading supplier of safety cabins in Europe, as Matec has plants in Germany and will be focusing on customers in Central Europe.
