Nordic Eye raises DKK 150m (Borsen)
A large number of stakeholders inject a total of DKK 150m in the only one-and-a-half-year venture fund Nordic Eye, founded by serial entrepreneurs Peter Warnøe and Lars Tvede. The medical company Leo Pharma invests USD 0.5m in the American company Naked Biome, which develops treatments for skin diseases. Spotify acquires Loudr (Vafinans)

Superfruit acquires Paleo Nordic (Vafinans)
Superfruit acquires Paleo Nordic with the brand Kleen Sports Nutrition. Paleo Nordic has an approximately turnover of SEK 4m, products from more than 400 dealers in Sweden which are mainly focused on healthy energy bars. Superfruit finances the acquisition through existing liquidity in combination with one non-cash contribution.

IAG weighs takeover offer for Norwegian Air shuttle (Dagens Naeringsliv)
British Airways owner International Airlines Group is eyeing a takeover offer for Norwegian Air Shuttle after snapping up a 4.6 percent. According to Bloomberg, a bid from IAG will probably value Norwegian to USD 3bn including debt. Norwegian said there had been no talks and that it only found out about IAG’s purchase from the media.
