Teradyne acquires Danish robot company (Borsen)
US-based Teradyne acquires the Danish Robot company Mobile Industrial Robots (MIR) for DKK 1,7bn. It is only three years since MIR delivered its first mobile robot that can carry items primarily for the use of industrial companies. "It's a big day for us: MIR and Teradyne are a perfect match" says Thomas Visit, CEO at Mobile Industrial Robots in a press release.
SP Group acquires Swedish packaging company (Borsen)SP Group acquires Swedish packaging company Nycopac for a total purchase price of SEK 28,5m. The acquisition of the Swedish company is financed by a loan and no new shares are issued in connection with the acquisition.

Real Estate AB Region continues to grow through further acquisitions (News Cision)
During the period January to April 2018, Real Estate AB Region has completed acquisitions of three properties with a total rentable area of approximately 35,000 square meters of office and trade. As a result of the acquisitions, Real Estate AB Region's portfolio passes a real estate value of SEK 5bn, which is spread over fifty-six properties totaling approximately 304,000 square meters.

Ragde Eiendom acquires three plantation properties in Finland(Finansavisen)
The properties are located in Vaasa, Porvoo and Espo in Finland, and were built in 2010. The total area is 13,500 square meters, of which Espo property accounts for half of the area. The seller is Oslo Pensjonsforsikring, which has owned the properties since they were built. "The profile of this investment fits into the mix of our portfolio because it provides long-term predictability. The fact that Finland still has more attractive yield levels combined with the expectation that the macro-conditions are in the process of strengthening make this an attractive investment for us" says Edgar Haugen coach in Ragde Eiendom.
