Peak Performance sold to Amer Sports Corporation (Borsen)

Peak Performance has now been sold by IC Group to Finnish Amer Sports Corporation. The deal is valued at 1.9B DKK on a debt-free basis and the profits from the sale will be paid out to shareholders. Amer Sports is the owner of brands such as Salomon, Wilson, Atomic, and Suunto.

Z-Wave sold to Silicon Labs for 1.5B DKK (Borsen)

The IoT technology firm Z-Wave has been sold to Silicon Labs for 1.5B DKK. The Danish company Zensys is behind the Z-Wave technology and was in 2008 sold to US-based Sigma design. Now the company is sold once again, to another US-based firm Silicon Labs. Z-Wave will maintain it's base in Copenhagen.

Investor trying to acquire Piab from EQT (Dagens Industri)

Investor is trying to acquire Piab from EQT, according to sources. EQT should be considering both an IPO and a private sale of Piab. EQT is ready to sell Piab no more than two years after they acquired Piab from Altor. According to sources, the price-tag will be around 6.5B to 7B SEK.
