Neurosearch shares surge 28 percent following acquisition offer (Borsen)

Gefion Group has submitted an acquisition offer on the Danish biotechnology firm Neurosearch. They have offered the shareholders of Neurosearch DKK 4 per share and following the announcement of this offer, their shares increased by 28 percent on Monday and closed at a price level of DKK 3,82.

Patricia Industries acquires Piab (Dagens Industri)

EQT has sold the automation company Piab to Patricia Industries in a transaction valued at SEK 6.95bn. Patricia Industries will continue to focus on growth, and especially to focus on existing markets and broadening of the product portfolio.

DNB takes over Nille (Dagens Næringsliv)

DNB takes over Nille, as the owners are not willing to put more money into the company. Nille owes DNB a lot of money, and therefore, DNB now takes over the company which in the annual report for 2016 reported NOK 1bn in debts to credit institutions.

Bor Drilling sells 14 jack-up rigs  (E24)

Tor Olav Trøim's Borr Drilling sells 14 jack-ups following a acquisition of Paragon Offshore. The deal is expected to increase the second quarter profits of Borr Drilling with USD 16m.
