Deloitte has been hired to assist on a sale of European Sperm Bank (Borsen)
According to Børsen, the family owning European Sperm Bank has hired Deloitte to assist them in a sale of the majorities or all of the shares in European Sperm Bank, which in February changed their name from Nordic Cryobank. In 2016, the company reported profits on DKK 31m with 27 FTEs.

Mekonomen Group comments on rumors about the acquisition of Nordic Forum (Dagens Industri)
Mekononomen has previously told that growth through acquisitions is very interesting if the right opportunity arises. Mekonomen now confirms that dialogues are taking place with various players, including Nordic Forum and FTZ. Nordic Forum has operations in Denmark, Norway, and Poland, and reported sales of EUR 542m in 2015/2016.
NCAB wants to be listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (ETN)
The card issuer NCAB wants to be listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange with a valuation at around SEK 1.7bn. Last year, the company reported sales of SEK 1.4bn, with the largest market being the US followed by Sweden.

Vahanen acquires part of Talokeskus' business (Rakennuslehti)
The property and construction consultant group Vahanen has acquired the business of Agenteq Solutions, which was a part of Talokeskus Yhtiöt. Chairman of the Board of Vahenen Group says the acquisition will ensure that they will continue to be a significant player with a great customer experience and tailor-made solutions.
