Stan Kroenke acquires Danish Hunters Video (Borsen)

The American billionaire Stan Kroenke, who is known for being the owner of the football club Arsenal, has bought the Danish company Hunters Video. Hunters Video is a streaming channel with hunting videos of a large range of animals.

Danske Bank invests DKK 25m in Danish fintech startup (Borsen)Danske Bank has invested DKK 25m in the Danish startup Spiir, which is the first time they have invested in a external fintech company. In the recent years, Danske Bank has been known to develop Mobilepay, June, and Sunday. Spiir has a customer base of 200.000 Danish people, whom it helps to manage their budget and spendings. The investment should allow the fintech company to triple its number of employees in 2019.

Hexagon acquires the measurement company Nextsense (Realtid)

Hexagon acquires Nextsense, an innovator of quality control of non-contact surface coating. CEO Ola Rollén says that the technologies complement their solution to their smart factories and that Nextsense solutions also improve product quality in the automotive, rail, steel and aerospace industry. Nextsense reported sales of EUR 12m in 2017.

Etteplan acquires Eatech Oy (Arvopaperi)

Etteplan strengthens its software services by acquiring Eatech. The acquisition is in line with Etteplan's growth strategy, which is both organic growth and strengthening of expertise through acquisitions. Eatech specializes in software and mobile solutions and reported sales of EUR 7.5m in 2017.
