EQT hires Morgan Stanley to help with the sell of Flying Tiger Copenhagen (Borsen)
EQT tries to sell the retail chain Flying Tiger Copenhagen and has hired Morgan Stanley to investigate the possibilities for the sale, but a listing may become available if an entire sale fails. Lifco acquires Flörchinger Zahntechnik (Cision)
Lifco has acquired Flörchinger Zahntechnik, a German dental laboratory. The acquired business had a turnover of approximately EUR 1.7m in 2017. The company has approximately 25 employees and will be consolidated in the Dental business area. The acquisition will not have a significant effect on Lifco's earnings and financial position during the current year.

Coor acquires West Facility Management (Mynewsdesk)
Coor has entered into an agreement to purchase West Facility Management's operations in Hordaland and Oslo. With the acquisition, Coor continues the strong growth the company has had in Norway in recent years, strengthening its position in several parts of the country. West Facility Management offers mainly cleaning services. The company, founded in 1980, has grown significantly in recent years. West has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 130m and has more than 300 employees. It is a strong family business Coor now takes over.
