Nets and Concardis Group is merging (Borsen)
At the international conference Money 20/20 in Amsterdam, Nets and Concardis Group announced their merger. Nets is a leading payment solution provider in the north, while Concardis Group is a leading payment solution provider in the German-speaking part of Europe. Nets CEO Bo Nilsson says to Borsen that size is important in this market and that they are looking for more acquisitions if the right opportunities arises.
Danish Crown acquires the Dutch bacon company Zandbergen (Borsen)Danish Crown has bought the Dutch company Zandbergen, which last year, reported sales of approx. DKK 1bn. This is the third large acquisition done by Danish Crown this year, who recently acquired the Polish Gzella Meat Group and DK-Foods.

ASSA sells American tree branch operations (Realtid)
ASSA Abloy sells its American tree branch operations consisting of Graham in Iowa and Maiman in Missouri, which has a total of 275 employees. Isolates the businesses reported a turnover of approx. SEK 600m in 2017. The businesses are sold to the American company Masonite.

VESO has acquired the commercial activities of CID Lines products from AGRONOR. AGRONOR has been distributer since 1998 in the Norwegian poultry, aquaculture and other livestock markets.
