Adelis is preparing to sell IT Relation (Borsen)
The private equity fund, Adelis, is preparing to sell IT Relation. However, the company's founder wishes to keep his share. IT Relation specializes in outsourcing IT for small and medium-sized businesses. PwC is hired to find a buyer and a trade is expected to put IT Relations total value close to DKK 2bn. Several sources mention EQT as a possible buyer of the company.

Inwido has entered into an agreement to acquire Profin (Cision)
Inwido, Europe's largest window supplier, has entered into an agreement to acquire Profin, a Finnish family-owned group focusing on the production of exclusive sliding doors and windows. The company was founded in 1977, has about 60 employees and sales in 2017 for about SEK 120m. The acquisition is expected to take place on 1 July 2018.
Recipharm acquires Sanofi (Press Release)
Recipharm expands inhalation capabilities with GBP 45m acquisition of Sanofi CMO business located in UK. The acquisition of Sanofi’s manufacturing centre and business located in Holmes Chapel provides Recipharm with a solid platform to take further advantage of the growing respiratory drug market. It also adds additional inhalation commercial drug product manufacturing capabilities, complementing services already offered by Recipharm’s inhalation development facility in the US.

Svartisen Holding AS acquires 10 percent stake in Haflund Produsjon Holding AS (Press Release)
Fortum has agreed to sell its 10 percent stake in Hafslund Produksjon Holding AS to Svartisen Holding AS. The price of the shares is approximately EUR 160m and the transaction is expected to be completed in June 2018. Hafslund Produksjon is a hydropower company operating in Southern Norway.
