Elekta acquires Acumyn (Press Release)

Elekta has agreed to acquire Canadian quality assurance company, Acumyn. It follows an agreement from 2014, where Elekta agreed to commercialize AQUA - Acumyn's quality management system. Elekta is a Swedish provider of equipment and software for the healthcare sector. The financial details surrounding the transaction was not disclosed.

EQT Infrastructure sells Tampnet (Press Release)

EQT Infrastructure has agreed to sell Tampnet, an offshore communications provider to ATP and 3i Infrastructure. Tampnet services various offshore activities including more than 300 oil and gas platforms. During EQTs ownership the EBITDA and revenue has increased more than threefold. 

EQT seeks to raise €8bn "PE-style" infrastructure fund  (Financial Times)

EQT, the Swedish private equity firm seeks to raise a new €8bn infrastructure fund with a "PE-style" approach. This approach means there will be a focus on investments where operational changes can be made. Their last infrastructure fund was raised in 2016 and had a size of €4bn - the one before €1bn raised in 2009.
