ISS enters discussions with Ortec Group to divest ISS Hygiène et Prévention (Business)

ISS, a global leading facility services provider, has entered into exclusive discussions with Ortec Group with a view to divest the leading provider of B2B hygiene and prevention services in the French market, ISS Hygiène et Prévention. In 2018, ISS Hygiène et Prévention has approx. 1500 employees and their turnover is expected to be approx. EUR 120m.

Procuritas Capital acquires a division of Ramirent (Realtid)

Procuritas acquires the Temporary Space Business from Ramirent which enterprise value is set to EUR 53m. The business offers temporary facilities for e.g. housing, schools, and offices and the business is represented in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. They reported sales of EUR 30m in 2017 and an operating profit of EUR 3.5m

Pihlajalinna increases its holdings in Kuusiolinna Terveys (Yle)

Pihlajalinna increases its ownership in municipal joint ventures. For instance, its holdings in Kuusiolinnan Terveys is set to increase to 97 percent from 51 percent. According to the conditional agreement, the sales price for the contemplated sale of Kuusiolinna Terveys shares is EUR 18.4 million.
