Midt Ventilation acquires Vendelbo Ventilation (AOH)

The Ikast based ventilation company Midt Ventilation has acquired Vendelbo Ventilation, which was established in 2014 by Kenneth Vendelbo. Following the deal, Kenneth Vendelbo becomes new co-owner of Midt Ventilation and will act as Project leader for existing and new projects.

The Japanese company Sanyo acquires Ovako (Realtid)

The Swedish company Ovako has been bough by Japanese Sanyo Special Steel. CEO of Ovako Marcus Hedblom states in a press release that there are multiple synergies between Ovako and Sanyo Special Steel, which will create additional opportunities for the customers in the global market. Sanyo Special Steel has approx. 2600 employees and reported turnover of  EUR 1.2 bn in 2017. 

Hexagon acquires American security company Guardvant (Realtid)

The measurement company Hexagon has bought Guardvant, which manufactures safety solutions for industrial workplaces. CEO of Hexagon states that their combined expertise will enable them to better meet the vision of a zero-accident workplace. Guardvant is headquartered in Tucson, AZ, USA and will become a part of Hexagon Mining division.

ETS NORD acquires Recair's air handling business unit (Press Release)

ETS NORD has acquired the air handling business unit of Recair. As a part of the transaction, ETS NORD's staff will increase by 90 professionals to 320 people. ETS NORD's primary activities comprise manufacturing, designing, and sales of ventilation equipment and accessories.
