APM Capital raises DKK 6.3bn for its first fund (Borsen)

APM Capital, which is a part of A.P. Møller Holding has completed its funding of its first fund, which is set to invest in infrastructure in Africa. The fund says to Borsen that it has raised DKK 6.3bn from various big institutional investors such as PFA, Danica, SEB Pension and A.P. Møller Holding. According to Borsen, the fund now plans to invest the capital in about 10-15 projects during the next four years.

Kährs Group acquires the Nordic floor distributor Ehrenborg (Realtid)

With the acquisition of Ehrenborg, Kährs Group strengthens its sales and distribution to customers in commercial projects and broadens its product portfolio with new products in project sales. The acquisition took place with immediate effect.  

Bilia has entered negotiations to acquire BMW merchants in Belgium (Affärsvärlden)

Bilia has entered negotiations to acquire a BMW and MINI merchants in Belgium. The companies are operated by Verstraeten NV and Gent Store by Verstraeten BVBA, which reports yearly sales of approx. SEK 750m. The transactions are in accordance with Bilia's growth strategy that Bilia wants to strenthen its presence in Belgium.

Global Ocean Technology acquires the activities of Elektromarine Automation (FVN)

Global Ocean Technology takes over the employees and activities from Elektromarine Automation in Skagen, which is 27 employees. The CEO of Global Ocean Technology wants to grow through both acquisitions and organically. The company was founded last year by Tor Henning Ramfjord and Tor Ove Bråthen.
