HANZA acquires Wermland Mechanics Group (Cision)

HANZA has agreed to acquire on of the leading manufacturers of sheet metal mechanics in the Nordic region. Wermech will become a part of HANZA’s manufacturing cluster in Sweden, which already covers factories within electronics manufacturing and machining. The purchase sum of the shares amounts to maximum SEK 167.5m and consists of a fixed part of SEK 145m.

Team Olivia acquires Ockelbos Personligaste Assistans (Press Release)

Ockelbos Personligaste Assistans, OP Assistans, is becomming a part of Team Olivia. Team Olivia is one of the largest private care providers in Scandinavia, who offers services in personal assistance, individual, family and home care. OP Assistans has more than 70 customers and 550 employees, and the acquisition of this company will strengthen Team Olivia’s position with strong focus on quality.

Loudspring acquires majority of Eagle Filters (Cision)

Following the transaction, Loudspring owns 63.4% of Eagle Filters, up from 34%. The inclusion of Eagle Filters into Loudspring group is in line with the strategy update released in December, where Loudspring announced that it aims to consolidate a selection of its portfolio that are high growth, close to or already profitable and with low additional capital requirements.
