NTG acquires all operational entities of Swiss Gondrand Group (Press Release)

The entities included in this transaction will continue to trade under their current esteemed trading names. Gondrand group was founded in Italy in 1866 and is today a respected and well-known logistics provider, that operates in 7 countries from more than 60 offices. Gondrand Group employs around 650 people and expects turnover of around DKK 1.65bn. Gondrand group will continue its activities of real estate and other diverse fields of business.

Fondia buys Jansson & Norin (Breakit)

The business law agency has gotten new owners. The Finnish competitor Fondia has announced its purchase of Jansson & Nordin. Following the acquisition, Fondia employs 110 lawyers in Sweden, Finland and the Baltics.

Lantmännen acquires a majority stake in ThermoSeed Global (Lantmännen)

The Swedish company ThermoSeed is a spin-off from Inotec, a Dutch company that has developed and marketed ThermoSeed outside Scandinavia since 2010. Lanmännen Sweden acquires 90.1 percent of the company, while the remaining shares are held by Kenneth Alness, CEO of ThermoSeed Global.

Bergs Timber to acquire operations of Norvic Timber Industries (Cision)

Bergs Timber has signed a letter of intent to acquire Norvik Timber Industries’ operations in the Baltics and the United Kingdom. The target companies demonstrated net sales of approx. SEK 1.6bn and profits after tax of SEK 78m during a period corresponding to Berg Timer’s financial year 2016/2017. Payment is intended to be paid with 170 million newly issued shares in Bergs Timber, as well as a cash payment of SEK 270m.

Electrolux acquires German Schneidereit GmbH (Cision)

Electrolux has signed an agreement to acquire Sneidereit GmbH, a provider of professional cleaning solutions in Germany and Austria. In 2016, their revenue amounted to approx. EUR 18m and they employed 110 employees.
