Adelis Equity invests in Søgemedier A/S (Cision)

Adelis is becoming a majority owner of Søgemedier, while the founders and management will continue to own a large share of the company. Søgemedier is one of the largest digital marketing agencies in Denmark and offers consulting, search engine optimization, Google Adwords, Facebook pages and web shops to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Lagercrantz acquires the Swedish Tormek (Cision)

Tormek is leading within the fields of cutting tools and tools for wood cutting. Customers are mainly found among wood craftsmen and other companies which processes wood. They are reporting sales in about 40 countries and reports annual sales of approx. SEK 90m.

ÅF acquires Arcad Architects in Switzerland (Cision)

ÅF continues to grow through acquisitions, and the most recent acquisition of Arcad Architects is in line with their strategy to expand the design and architecture offer as well as growing the business in core markets. The architect and construction management experts at Arcad Architects will through their involvement in the early stages of projects, create additional business opportunities for ÅF in Switzerland. The company has an annual turnover of approx. SEK 10m with 8 employees based in Switzerland.

Beijer Ref acquires refrigeration wholesaler in South Africa (Press Release)

Beijer Ref has entered into an agreement to acquire the business of Tecsa and its assets. Teh acquisition broadens the base in Southern Africa. Tesca is a South African wholesaler that offers a wide range of products and brands within commercial and domestic refrigeration, air conditioning and spare spare parts for domestic appliances. Beijer Ref acquires the company for a purchase price amounting to between SEK 255 and 300 million.
