Norwegian oil company Okea eyes IPO by Mid-2019

Okea AS said on Tuesday it was planning an initial public offering by mid-2019, in a bid to raise funds to finance further expansions. The company is partly owned by Thailand's Bangchak Corporation and PE firm Seacrest Capital. In 2018, Okea reported revenues of NOK 150m against NOK 43m in 2017.
