Fasadgruppen, a highly acquisitive supplier of sustainable facade solutions and a portfolio firm of Connecting Capital, has acquired DK-based façade maintenance and renovation company Cortex for an undisclosed price. The acquired company has approx. 40 FTEs and sales of DKK 40m in 2019. Following the acquisition, the group now includes 20 companies.
